In this project, we helped setup of Zendesk Help Center for Mattos Designs. So that they can better serve their customer’s questions about their orders and all the products that they sell to their customers. We showed them how to create FAQs for their customers. We also set up all of the triggers and automation in their system. Also, we help figure out everything they would need as far as licensing and setting up their team for success.

We worked with the team from Mattos Designs to see what their needs were. Also how exactly they needed Zendesk to work for their team Also to see what features of Zendesk would help them get a better ROI. Because zendesk has so many different parts and can be customized in so many different ways it was important that we sat down with them. So that we could understand their need fully

With our knowledge of Zendesk, it did not take us long to get them up and running. We also offered them a year’s worth of support to go along with the project in case they found out something wasn’t working right. Or they need more training for new help center agents
