Did your computer recently crash and did you lose some of your favorite family pictures or those import tax documents? Have you accidentally deleted your files? Has your hard drive stopped showing up on your computer? All is not lost? We found that only a low number of storage devices have suffered from physical damage and need extensive data recovery.
What you can try before you bring your device to us:
- The first place to check is, of course, the Recycle Bin.
- The second thing to check is to make sure you have “hidden files” enabled on your computer.
- You can find those settings at the top bar of your File Explorer (click on “View” at the very top, then tick “hidden items”). If you can still not find them, Give us a call and we can tell you over the phone and do our best to recover deleted files for you over the phone. Or just bring the device into us.
